And the Virgina DMV is 100 times worse than the Michigan Secretary of State's office - at least in my humble past experiences.
I recall the location I frequented being in the Springfield Mall and it reminding me of the DMV in the Simpsons - chain smoking Patty and Selma included. The line moved at the pace of the line in Bettlejuice at the end - no head shrinking warrior though.
